Thailand Property Awards 2012-2013 ‘Best Boutique Condo Development (Phuket)’

Bluepoint competed with over 1,400 nominations and over 300 entries and won this accolade for best boutique condo in Phuket, showing that Bluepoint continues to set standards in luxury .

 
International Property Awards Asia Pacific

International Property Awards Asia Pacific – ‘Best Architecture Multiple Residence Thailand’ - 2012 – 2013

The Asia Pacific region produced a record number of entries from 17 different countries for the International Property Awards 2012 - 2012. No other region has come anywhere near matching this feat in the entire 18-year history of the International Property Awards, making this award exceptionally coveted.


International Property Awards Asia Pacific – ‘Highly Commended Development Multiple Units Thailand’ - 2012 – 2013

The Bluepoint team attended a glittering awards gala dinner in Kuala Lumpur on April 26th – 27th 2012 to celebrate the win of two prestigious awards. Attendees included many reputable real estate and hospitality brands from all over the Asia Pacific region. For this award, Bluepoint was judged on its overall design, location and marketing.

 
Royal Architectural Institute of Canada

Royal Architectural Institute of Canada – Excellence Innovations in Architecture (Bluepoint’s Louver Façade system) – 2009

Paul Raff Studio also won the 2009 Royal Architectural Institute of Canada's 'Excellence Innovations In Architecture' award for designing Bluepoint's Louver Façade System. The design was generated from a simple idea to maximize sea views while maintaining privacy. This then led to further ecological benefits including reducing cooling costs by shading the homes from the tropical sun.

 
Ontario Association of Architects

Ontario Association of Architects – ‘Small Buildings, Design Excellence’ (Bluepoint Sales Pavilion) – 2012

Paul Raff Studio won a desirable Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) award for their design of Bluepoint’s sales pavilion. Described by the OAA as “Recognizing the innovative skills of Ontario architects in creating spaces, buildings and communities that respect and enhance the environment and enrich human activity." The Bluepoint Pavilion was evaluated based on five criteria: creativity, context, sustainability, good design/good business and legacy, by a jury of architecture peers.
